Das war auch einer der Gr\u00fcnde warum ich gestern nicht am Rothsee gestartet bin.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Training.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Training.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"256\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Laufen habe ich gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils in 3 Tagen nachgeholt, was mir heute einen sch\u00f6nen Muskelkater in der Wade beschert \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Diese Woche wird noch einmal richtig hart, da es die letzte M\u00f6glichkeit ist vor Roth nochmal reinzuhauen. Anschlie\u00dfend fahre ich langsam runter. Highlight wird sicherlich meine Radeinheit, mal schauen ob die genauso klappt ;), 10x 10km \u00fcber Wettkampftempo auf der Zeitfahrmaschine und anschlie\u00dfend noch hart koppeln.<\/p>\n<p>haut rein &amp;
