Mehr war auch berufsm\u00e4\u00dfig nicht drin. Aber solange die Intensit\u00e4ten passen, das ist in den finalen Vorbereitungswochen das Wichtigste, bin ich immer zufrieden. Einzig der lange Lauf war aufgrund der W\u00e4rme am Ende doch etwas z\u00e4h, aber auch daran gew\u00f6hnt man sich.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Training.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Training.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"206\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Zweiteres, das Wettkampfgewicht, hat auch wunderbar funktioniert. Einfach eine Woche lang nicht einkaufen, nur von der Biokiste und dem Rest im Vorratsschrank leben, einen straffen Zeitplan, und schon sind 4 kg runter. Evtl. hat das Training nebenbei auch noch ein paar Gramm vernichtet.<\/p>\n<p>Am Sonntag steht der Wettkampf in N\u00fcrnberg an, Sprintdistanz rund um die Altstadt.
