Besonders arbeiten wollte ich weiterhin am Schwimmen und auch am Laufen, da Radfahren normalerweise nicht mein Limiter ist im Wettkampf. Zu oft versucht man seine St\u00e4rken noch st\u00e4rker auszubilden, eine sehr menschliche Eigenschaft. Triathon ist allerdings ein sehr sch\u00f6nes Beispiel daf\u00fcr dass es sich viel mehr lohnt an den Schw\u00e4chen zu arbeiten, um am Ende das bessere Endergebnis zu bekommen.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Training.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Training.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"206\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Nach 17 Tagen hintereinander im Hallenbad freue ich mich morgen mal darauf nicht schwimmen gehen zu m\u00fcssen. Allgemein ist dann morgen eher mal Ruhetag.
