Wochenende ist. In dem Fall versucht mal einfach am Abend <strong><u>mega viel<\/u><\/strong> zu essen, ein Mix aus Protein 1\/3 und Kohlenhydrate 2\/3. Ersteres verbessert die Regeneration der Muskeln und Zweiteres f\u00fcllt die leeren Speicher wieder auf.
