Dadurch dass ich arme Wurst Schl\u00fcsseldienst f\u00fcrs Hallenbad habe, bin ich jeden Tag \u00fcber die Osterferien im Wasser. Naja, dadurch kann ich zumindest auch gleich mal ein paar Kilometer schwimmen die Woche \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Training1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Training1.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"185\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Morgen dann mal 400m Schwimmtest, dann schauen wir mal was die letzte Woche gebracht hat. Aber ich bin guter Dinge dass die Form schon langsam Fahrt aufnimmt. Ich muss erstmal wieder aus dem Winterschlaf und der Grundlagenphase erwachen. Das dauert seine Zeit.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/2014-04-13-15.09.46.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/2014-04-13-15.09.46.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"238\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Nichtsdestotrotz fange ich nicht zu fr\u00fch mit Intensit\u00e4ten an. Roth is erst am 20. Juli, und bis dahin sind es noch etliche Wochen. Entscheidend ist, was man die letzten 8 Wochen trainiert, diese wirken sich dann umittelbar aufs Wettkampfergebis aus.
