Gleichzeitig nat\u00fcrlich auch das angenehmste Training im Hinblick auf Februar. Das Radfahren gewinnt automatisch mehr Stellenwert sobald die Tage l\u00e4nger werden und die Temperaturen steigen. Daher macht es nat\u00fcrlich im Winter immer Sinn, die beiden anderen Disziplinen vermehrt zu bearbeiten.<\/p>\n<p>Zielstellung f\u00fcr mich war am Ende der Woche ca. 100km beim Laufen und 20km beim Schwimmen stehen zu haben. Gerade beim Laufen muss man bei einer solchen Steigerung von vorher ca. 40-50km\/Woche, besonders aufpassen. Oft meldet sich dabei das Knie oder die Achillessehne zu Wort. Hier unbedingt sensibel reagieren und notfalls die Zielstellung f\u00fcr die Woche \u00e4ndern.
