Anschlie\u00dfend eher weniger Rad und daf\u00fcr mehr Laufen und Schwimmen. Bis Mitte Februar schauen die Temperaturen ja schon wieder recht mild aus, dementsprechend werden demn\u00e4chst auch wieder einige Radkilometer mehr zusammen kommen.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Training3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/Training3.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"255\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Leider werde ich dadurch diesen Winter aber auch kein einziges Mal auf den Langlaufski stehen.
