Das Wetter meint es weiterhin gut mit uns und wir k\u00f6nnen problemlos Stra\u00dfe fahren, und m\u00fcssen nicht mit dem MTB durch den Wald eiern.<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Training2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Training2.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"206\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Beim Laufen erh\u00f6he ich langsam die Einheitendauer von ca. 40min in Richtung 1 Std. H\u00e4ufig laufe ich obere Grundlage. Das bringt die Laufform am Schnellsten voran.<\/p>\n<p>Morgen dann die erste 5 Std. Geburtstagsausfahrt von einem Freund, daf\u00fcr habe ich mich heute mal ausgeruht.
