So, das war er, mein erster reiner Marathon seit 2006. Ein tolles Dankesch\u00f6n geht an die ASICS Frontrunner<\/a>, zu deren gl\u00fccklichen Mitgliedern ich mich auch z\u00e4hle. Eine super Organisation, mit jeder Menge Spa\u00df und sehr netten Leuten. Insgesamt waren wir wohl an die 60 L\u00e4ufer und L\u00e4uferinnen vom Frontrunner Team. Viele in Staffeln unterwegs, aber auch einige auf dem solo-Marathon. Am Tag davor meet and greet mit Jan Frodeno und Dieter Baumann.<\/p>\n

Das mein Marathon jetzt nicht bestzeitenverd\u00e4chtig werden w\u00fcrde, das war mir schon im Vorfeld klar. Ich konnte mich in meiner Saisonpause einfach nicht zum Training aufraffen. Nun bin ich seit zwei Wochen wieder im Training und nahm den Lauf heute als willkommenen Wasserstandstest mit. Dadurch das ich nicht bis zum \u00c4u\u00dfersten gegangen bin, war der Lauf sehr erlebnisreich. Viel von der Stadt gesehen, nett mit Leuten gequatscht und einfach mal die Atmosph\u00e4re genossen! Was ich leider im Wettkampf viel zu selten tue. Nichtsdestotrotz wurde es auch gegen Ende nochmal richtig hart, vor allem muskul\u00e4r hatte ich meine Probleme. Inmitten der schlanken Frontrunner Elite kam ich mir zwar vor wie ein Gewichtheber, aber mit meiner Zeit von 3:21 war ich dann doch ganz zufrieden.<\/p>\n

Der Zieleinlauf hat mich dann wieder mit allem vers\u00f6hnt und nun bin ich wieder hei\u00df wie Frittenfett aufs Training! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
