Zus\u00e4tzlich sollte herausgefunden werden, ob das Gef\u00fchl vom K\u00e4lte im Mund, hervorgerufen durch eine kleine Menge Eisp\u00fcrree einen Effekt auf die oben genannten Parameter hat. Die Probandengruppe (n=7) bestand aus gut ausdauertrainierten Radsportlern, die Wettk\u00e4mpfe auf regionalem Niveau bestreiten.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Experiments mussten alle Probanden nach einer 90-min\u00fctigen Ausdauerbelastung bei ca. 65% ihrer VO2max noch einen 15 Minuten Zeifahrtest absolvieren. Alle Probanden f\u00fchrten diese Prozedur insgesamt drei mal durch und durchliefen dabei alle drei Testm\u00f6glichkeiten (kalte Getr\u00e4nke\/ Raumtemperatur\/ Eisp\u00fcrree). Die Ergebnisse zeigen deutlich, dass die Gruppe, w\u00e4hrend der Belastungsphase (90 Minuten bei 65% VO2max + 15 Minuten Zeitfahrtest) mit kalten Getr\u00e4nken (4\u00b0C), im abschlie\u00dfenden Zeitfahrtest deutlich h\u00f6here Leistungswerte (etwa 4,9 +\/- 2,4 %) erbringen konnten als bei Getr\u00e4nken mit Raumtemperatur (28\u00b0C). Zwischen der zweiten (Raumptemperatur) und der dritten Testreihe (Eisp\u00fcrree), konnte kein signifikanter Leistungsunterschied festgestellt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Abschlie\u00dfend bleibt also festzustellen, dass kalte Getr\u00e4nke w\u00e4hrend Belastungen in feuchter, warmer Luft einen positiven Effekt auf die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit haben.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Burdon, C., O&#8217;Connor, H., Gifford, J., Shirreffs, S., Chapman, P. &amp; Johnson, N.
