Aber so langsam wieder reinkommen muss ich dann doch mal.<br \/>\nIm Vergleich zur Form in Roth f\u00fchle ich mich derzeit noch wie ein dicker, kleiner Mops. Aber das wird wieder ;-))<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ich die L\u00e4ufe am Anfang und Ende der Woche vergleiche, dann sieht man zumindest einen recht flotten Anstieg der Geschwindigkeit, bei ca. gleicher Belastung. Die Form kommt schneller zur\u00fcck als man oft annimmt. Der Lauf am Sonntag war allerdings eine Ausnahme, hier haben wir H\u00f6henmeter gesammelt \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Training2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Training2-300x171.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"228\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Umso sch\u00f6ner war es allerdings meinen Athleten in Kona die Daumen zu dr\u00fccken, und zu sehen dass einige auch schon wieder eine richtig gute Laufform haben. Wie z.B. Martin P\u00fchler, der am Samstag den Halbmarathon (Herbstlauf Schloss Thurn) mit komfortablen Vorsprung in 1:18:35 gewinnen konnte.
