Bisher hatte ich, bis auf eine Ausnahme, jeden Tag Sonnenschein. Ich kann mich demnach nicht beklagen.<\/p>\n<p>Wir haben uns es hier gem\u00fctlich eingerichtet. Die netten Fischer haben uns eine rosa Boje 470m vom Strand entfernt installiert (letztens exakt gemessen) Das Freiwasserschwimmen gewinnt damit deutlich an Attraktivit\u00e4t. 20 Grad hat das Meer, genauso warm wie das Bayern07 Bad im Sommer! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Eine sch\u00f6ne Alternative zum Bahnenschwimmen. Wobei morgen ein schwedisches Frauen-Schwimmteam anreist.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG_20140219_115125.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-2266\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG_20140219_115125-297x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20140219_115125\" width=\"297\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG_20140219_115125-297x300.jpg 297w, https:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/IMG_20140219_115125.jpg 589w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 297px) 100vw, 297px\" \/><\/a> Meine Jungs werde ich dann wohl kaum noch aus dem Becken bekommen! Radfahren klappt! Sind allerdings immer ein paar H\u00f6henmeter dabei. Die ersten Tage habe ich es hier wohl etwas \u00fcbertrieben und derzeit will mein linker Oberschenkel nicht wie ich will. Aber das renkt sich wieder ein.<\/p>\n<p>Im Laufen bin ich derzeit schon richtig gut in Form f\u00fcr meine Verh\u00e4ltnisse.
