\"snap\"<\/a>Vorletztes Wochenende war ich in Neuss zum j\u00e4hrlichen ASICS Frontrunner Treffen. Eigentlich besteht die Gruppe nur aus schnellen L\u00e4uferinnen und L\u00e4ufern, aber ein paar Triathleten sind auch dabei gewesen. Evtl. kennt ihr Niclas Bock und Max Longree. Also alles richtig nette Leute! Zum Training bin ich eher weniger gekommen, da wir Freitag und Samstag abend ordentlich gefeiert bzw. gebechert haben. Morgens 7Uhr war ich dann noch nicht in der Lage aufzustehen, geschweige denn zum Schwimmtraining oder Morgenlauf mitzukommen. Zu Hause stehe ich meist vor 8 nicht auf, was allerdings zu gro\u00dfen Teilen meinem Arbeitsrhythmus geschuldet ist, da ich gern auch mal bis 2Uhr wach bin.<\/p>\n

\"snap2\"<\/a>Neben Produktvorstellungen der neuesten Schuhe und Klamotten gab es auch allerhand Vortr\u00e4ge. Dabei auch zwei von mir selber. Au\u00dferdem dann noch die FrontrunnerBahnmeisterschaft \u00fcber 30min. Im Team konnten wir 9,1km absolvieren, bevor die Zeit um war. Kein schlechtes Intervalltraining \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
