Insgesamt jetzt die dritte Grundlagenwoche. Nur noch zwei davon und dann werde ich vermehrt Intensit\u00e4ten einbringen. Drei bis vier harte Wochen sollten dann im September ausreichen um die Form auf Barcelona noch einmal zuzuspitzen.<\/p>\n<p>Radfahren war recht angenehm vom Wetter her diese Woche. Zweimal Zeitfahrrad, ansonsten alles Rennrad. Auf der letzten Tour am Sonntag war ich schon recht platt und freu mich dann auch \u00fcber meinen ruhigen Tag heute. Laufen ging erstaunlich gut, Hier war ich in einigen Einheiten schon wieder fast an meiner Form von Roth dran. Beim Schwimmen ist noch einiges zu tun, irgendwie besitze ich derzeit kein gutes Wassergef\u00fchl. Au\u00dferdem ist das Wasser im Freibad so kalt, dass ich nicht l\u00e4nger als 2-3km aushalte.
