Endlich ordentliche Skating Bedingungen, die wir gleich mehrfach nutzten. Von N\u00fcrnberg aus sind es knapp 30min nach Waller auf 600m H\u00f6he. Hier war es zwar mit -10 Grad teils recht schattig, aber daf\u00fcr fast die ganze Woche Sonne satt. So macht der Start in den Tag richtig Spa\u00df! \ud83d\ude42 Inzwischen sind drei verschiedene Skating-Loipen gespurt. Klassisch Langlaufen ist sowieso kein Problem und hier verf\u00fcgt man sogar noch \u00fcber deutlich mehr Pistenkilometer.<\/p>\n<p>In dieser Trainingswoche war daher recht viel Skating dabei. Der Rest musste erst einmal hinten anstehen. Vor allem da es diese Woche wahrscheinlich wieder wegschmelzen wird. Skating ersetzt jederzeit Radfahren, da es die gleichen Muskelgruppen beansprucht.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/klein2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-2718\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/klein2-300x224.jpg\" alt=\"klein2\" width=\"300\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/klein2-300x224.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/klein2-1024x767.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/klein2.jpg 1219w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Montag:\u00a0<\/strong>Ruhetag<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Dienstag:\u00a0<\/strong>TE1: Skating 1:45 Std.\u00a0&#8211; TE2: Kraft\/Athletik 1 Std. &#8211; TE3: Schwimmen: Technik 45min<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mittwoch:<\/strong>\u00a0Rumpfstabi 10min + 25min Laufband, 2x (5x1min 3:30er Tempo, dazwischen je 30Sek stehen), kurze Serienpause dazwischen<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Donnerstag:\u00a0<\/strong>Skating 1:15 Std.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Freitag:\u00a0<\/strong>Skating 1 Std.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Samstag:<\/strong>\u00a0Ruhetag<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Sonntag: <\/strong>Kraft\/Athletik 30min + Laufband 15min, 5min einlaufen &#8211; anschlie\u00dfend 10min lang alle 1min Steigung um 1Grad erh\u00f6hen, bis 10Grad max. &#8211; Rest auslaufen<\/p>\n<p><b>Gesamtumfang 7:05 Std.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>guten Wochenstart!<\/p>\n<p>krelli<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Diese Woche stand im Zeichen des Wintersports.
