Inzwischen macht auch das Schwimmen wieder mehr Spa\u00df. Die ersten paar Mal im Wasser f\u00fchlten sich zwar an als wenn ich in meinem Leben noch nie geschwommen w\u00e4re. Gegen Julia bin ich derzeit zwar noch absolut chancenlos, wenn sie ihre 50er in 32Sek abspult, aber\u00a0das wird langsam wieder.<\/p>\n<p>Meist beginne ich mit 20-30min Wassergef\u00fchls\u00fcbungen, z.B. sculling, Scheibenwischer usw. N\u00fctzlich finde ich dabei einen Schnorchel, um\u00a0mich komplett auf die \u00dcbung konzentrieren zu k\u00f6nnen, ohne das ich immer wieder unterbrechen und\u00a0Luft holen muss. Anschlie\u00dfend 8x 50m Kraul mit REV-Paddles und dann f\u00fchle ich auch langsam das Wasser wieder.<\/p>\n<p>Abschlie\u00dfend schwimme ich dann mit gutem Gef\u00fchl 10-20x 50m Kraul. Dabei konzentriere ich mich auf eine saubere Technik, Arm anstellen und kraftvollen Abdruck hinten raus. Zwischen den 50er immer gen\u00fcgend Pause, so 30Sek, damit ich auch den n\u00e4chsten im ausgeruhten Zustand schwimme. Zeiten spielen hierbei noch keine Rolle.<\/p>\n<p>Derzeit mache ich noch recht viel Krafttraining, einfach weil ich Bock drauf habe.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Montag:\u00a0<\/strong>Krafttraining 1,5 Std.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Dienstag:\u00a0<\/strong>TE1: Laufen: Grundlage 45min\u00a0&#8211; TE2: Schwimmen: Technik 45min<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mittwoch:<\/strong>\u00a0TE1: Radfahren: Grundlage mit Tobi 1,5 Std. &#8211; TE2: Athletik\/Kraft-Probekurs im Studio meines Bruders 1 Std. (voll anstrengend)<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Donnerstag:\u00a0<\/strong>Laufen: Grundlage 50min<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Freitag:\u00a0<\/strong>TE1: kurzes Krafttraining 30min &#8211; TE2:\u00a0Schwimmen: Technik 45min<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Samstag:<\/strong>\u00a0Laufen: Grundlage\/Technik 30min<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Sonntag:\u00a0<\/strong>Krafttraining 40min<\/p>\n<p><b>Gesamtumfang 8:45 Std.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>guten Wochenstart!<\/p>\n<p>krelli<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Auch die letzte Woche war trainingsm\u00e4\u00dfig ein bisschen was los.
