Am Donnerstag den letzten langen Lauf vor Roth erledigt. Hier war ich diesmal auch richtig gut drauf, auch verglichen mit dem Puls. Es hat sich eigentlich die ganze Zeit sehr locker angef\u00fchlt. Am Freitag bei der langen Radausfahrt war ich allerdings recht platt, da ging nicht mehr viel und mehr als Geroller war nicht drin. Samstag ausruhen und Sonntag dann Rothsee.
