Das hei\u00dft Ausnahmezustand das ganze Wochenende! Meinen Gl\u00fcckwunsch nicht nur an meine Athletinnen und Athleten, sondern einfach auch an alle die teilgenommen haben. Es war elektrisierend und gleichzeitig mega motivierend euch von der Strecke aus zuzuschauen. F\u00fcr mich begann das Wochenende am Freitag nachmittag mit der Firmenstaffel vom Bike Imperium. Die Staffelwertung konnten wir auch knapp gewinnen. Gestern fr\u00fch dann das Schwimmen in der Team Arndt Staffel und danach auf die Strecke supporten und anfeuern.<\/p>\n<p>Als ich aus dem Wasser stieg, zeigte meine Uhr 1:01 Std., also in etwa 2-3min langsamer als die letzten paar Jahre. Damit bin ich erst einmal zufrieden, da ich im letzten dreiviertel Jahr so gut wie nie geschwommen bin und aus Zeitgr\u00fcnden wieder vermehrt Kraft- und Zugseiltraining eingebaut habe. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/zugseil.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-2890\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/zugseil-284x300.jpg\" alt=\"zugseil\" width=\"284\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/zugseil-284x300.jpg 284w, https:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/zugseil.jpg 444w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 284px) 100vw, 284px\" \/><\/a>Meine Freundin hat mich aber erwartungsgem\u00e4\u00df abgezogen und war sieben Minuten schneller aus dem Wasser. Der Stachel sitzt tief \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Jetzt sind es noch 6 Wochen bis zum Knappenmann und ich werde nun dann doch mal noch \u00f6fters ins Freibad fahren.
