Das schlechte Wetter hatte aber auch seine guten Seiten, ich war noch nie so ausgeruht vor dem letzten Belastungsblock wie dieses Mal \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<table style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" align=\"center\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Training2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Training2-300x188.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"250\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">Anklicken zum Vergr\u00f6\u00dfern<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem habe ich mit ziemlicher Sicherheit einen kleinen pers\u00f6nlichen Laufrekord aufgestellt. \u00dcber 100 Kilometer die Woche bin ich noch nie gelaufen. Meine Feunde aus dem Laufbereich lachen wahrscheinlich dar\u00fcber, aber das war f\u00fcr mich nicht ohne. Radfahren passt, n\u00e4chste Woche fahre ich mal testweise die Challenge Runde im Wettkampfpuls und schau mal wo ich im Vergleich zu den Vorjahren stehe.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Schwimmen hatte ich Einiges nachzuholen und werde jetzt bis zum Challenge wieder h\u00e4ufiger ins Wasser gehen.
