Gleichzeitig bin ich daf\u00fcr mit den Umf\u00e4ngen etwas herunter gegangen. Meine lange Radtour ist leider heute sprichw\u00f6rtlich ins Wasser gefallen, aber naja, so ist das manchmal. Sonst w\u00e4re es evtl. auch ein bisschen mehr gewesen. Daf\u00fcr bin ich dann heute relativ ausgeruht und kann morgen den Ruhetag weglassen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Schwimmen konzentriere ich mich erstmal auf k\u00fcrzere Intervalle von 100-200m im Wettkampftempo. Beim Laufen ziehe ich zum einen den langen Lauf in die L\u00e4nge und baue zum anderen eine intensive Einheit pro Woche ein. Dieses Mal 20x 400m auf ca. 82Sek. Beim Radfahren Intervalle und eine flottere mittellange Einheit.
