Urspr\u00fcnglich hatte ich geplant zwei Tage zu chillen, d.h. nur Arbeiten, und dann am Mittwoch beim Triathlon in Amberg zu starten.<\/p>\n<table style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" align=\"center\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Training3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/Training3-300x187.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"248\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">zum Vergr\u00f6\u00dfern anklicken<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Dabei habe ich allerdings die Rechnung ohne den Wirt gemacht. Dienstagabend ging es mir nur noch so lala mit Halskratzen. Nach einem 30min\u00fctigen warm-up Zeitfahren f\u00fcr den n\u00e4chsten Tag war es dann vollends vorbei und ich bekam am abend noch Fieber. Dem Ganzen nicht zutr\u00e4glich war die Tatsache dass meine Freundin ebenfalls am Dienstag vorzeitig und krank von der Arbeit kam.<\/p>\n<p>Egal, hilft alles nichts. Wie nicht un\u00fcblich bei mir bekam ich einen Tag lang einen Fieberschub, den ich dann auch nicht abk\u00fchle, weil es so nat\u00fcrlich schneller wieder vorbei geht, und war aber am Abend schon wieder besser drauf. Ich war ja froh dass sowas in der Entlastungswoche kommt, wenn es es nichts weiter ausmacht.<\/p>\n<p>Hinzu kam dass ich diese Woche nun fast fertig mit meinem Manuskript f\u00fcrs neue Buch fertig geworden bin. Aufgrunddessen musste ich leider auch am Wochenenden alle Einheiten k\u00fcrzen und konzentrierte mich lieber auf die Fertigstellung um es vor Roth aus dem Weg zu haben.<\/p>\n<p>Ab morgen starte ich dann in die Speed-Phase \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nsch\u00f6nen Sonntag!<br \/>\nkrelli<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230;war nicht sonderlich spektakul\u00e4r, da gleichzeitig Entlastungswoche war.
