Anschlie\u00dfend beginnt das ernsthafte Training f\u00fcr Roth.<br \/>\nDiese Woche sa\u00df ich zumindest schon wieder zwei mal auf dem Zeitfahrrad, um mich langsam an die Positition zu gew\u00f6hnen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Laufen merke ich dass hier auch mal was vorangeht. Wobei ich hier aber eher noch im Wald und kraftbetont bzw. h\u00fcgelig laufe. Das Laufen ist gleichzeitig auch die Disziplin wo man am sensibelsten agieren sollte. Nirgends anders l\u00e4sst sich die allgemeine Wettkampfform so schnell nach oben ziehen wie durch das Laufen.<\/p>\n<p>Ansonsten warte ich bis n\u00e4chstes Wochenende endlich die Freib\u00e4der \u00f6ffnen. Dann werde ich einen gro\u00dfen Teil des Schwimmtrainings auf den Morgen legen. Das hat den gro\u00dfen Vorteil dass man das Schwimmen im ausgeruhten Zustand absolvieren und demnach auch die Qualit\u00e4t der Programme oben halten kann. Dadurch das Schwimmen kaum belastet, wirkt es sich au\u00dferdem so gut wie gar nicht auf das darauf folgende Training im weiteren Tagesverlauf aus. Oft ist es aber leider so, dass das Vereinsschwimmen fast immer abends stattfindet.
