Ein Grund f\u00fcr mich \u00f6fters aufs Rad zu steigen und Grundlagenkilometer abzuspulen. Ich sa\u00df auch zum ersten Mal in diesem Jahr auf dem Zeitfahrrad. Anfangs etwas gew\u00f6hnungsbed\u00fcrftig, aber nach einer Weile wieder ziemlich bequem. Seltsamerweise hatte ich Sonntag nachmittag nach meinem langen Lauf die besten Radbeine, und wenn es einmal rollt, dann soll man es rollen lassen \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Schwimmen war eher ruhig die Woche und technikorientiert. Ab n\u00e4chste Woche wirds daf\u00fcr aber wieder h\u00e4rter. Laufen diesmal etwas l\u00e4nger und verhaltener. Ich denke hier muss ich derzeit noch ein bisschen dran arbeiten f\u00fcr Juli.<\/p>\n<p>Vom Umfang in etwa wie ich es mir f\u00fcr den April vorgenommen habe. Daumen gedr\u00fcckt dass es vom Wetter her weiter so gut l\u00e4uft und das alles gesund bleibt, dann bin ich guter Dinge dass ich das im Mai und Juni noch steigern bzw. intensivieren kann.
