Ab Wochenende ging es dann aufw\u00e4rts und die Temperaturen lagen wieder im Plusbereich.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Schwimmen konnte ich nun auch schon mal 34er Zeiten auf die 50m schwimmen, was mich recht optimistisch stimmt, das es nach der langen Schwimmpause im Trainingslager wieder langsam los geht.<\/p>\n<p>Am Sonntag abend ein kleiner Testlauf auf meiner Hausstrecke nach Diepersdorf hoch und wieder zur\u00fcck. Meist laufe ich die ersten 7 Kilometer ganz entspannt hin und erh\u00f6he dann auf dem R\u00fcckweg das Tempo, allerdings ohne wirklich zu dr\u00fccken. Das Gef\u00fchl daf\u00fcr zu bekommen ist wichtig, da ihr euch dann immer noch im aeroben Bereich bewegt. Wenn man zu arg reinh\u00e4lt und &#8222;dr\u00fcckt&#8220; dann seid ihr ganz schnell auch mal anaerob.
