Ich war noch so im Radfahren drin vom Trainingslager, dass ich mich weiterhin \u00f6fters aufs Radl geschwungen habe. Ein paar Kilometer sind so immerhin zusammen gekommen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Schwimmen musste ich erst mal wieder auf Tempo kommen, daher eher kurze Intervalle im flotteren Stil.<\/p>\n<p>Beim Laufen war nach Zypern recht viel Nachholbedarf. Am Dienstag nach dem ersten Lauf habe ich daran gezweifelt \u00fcberhaupt heute beim Rothseelauf anzukommen, so langsam war ich pl\u00f6tzlich geworden. Das hat sich immerhin nach ein paar Tagen wieder gegeben und ich konnte heute einen 3:45er Schnitt auf die 10,5km durchziehen. Jedem meiner Athleten der mich \u00fcberholt, habe ich ein Bier versprochen. Immerhin drei Pils muss ich demn\u00e4chst mal an den Graxi, Treibi und Martin ausgeben. Auch alle anderen, saubere Leistung!!!<\/p>\n<p>Auch nochmal danke an den Veranstalter Finish-Line, die mich 10min vor Start, als ich in Zeitfahrmanier mit meinem Radl \u00fcber den Schotterweg angeflogen kam, noch in die Startliste aufgenommen haben. Warmlaufen braucht ihr \u00fcbrigens nicht, wenn ihr mal mit dem Rad zu einem Lauf fahren solltet. L\u00e4uft von Anfang an ohne Probleme, da die Beine vom Radln sch\u00f6n warm sind.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ich Lust habe, starte ich n\u00e4chste Woche beim Marienbergparklauf in N\u00fcrnberg und schau mal ob die 36min schon wieder drin sind \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>einen guten Wochenstart!<br \/>\nkrelli<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; zum Vergr\u00f6\u00dfern Anklicken Partypeople unite, guter Trainingseinstieg hier in N\u00fcrnberger Gefilden.
