Mein pers\u00f6nliches Highlight war dass ich am Mittwoch 1500m lang hinter Marcus Schattner schwimmen konnte und drangeblieben bin. Da Schatti ein recht guter Schwimmer ist, war ich doch sehr zufrieden mit, zumal ich es noch nie geschafft habe so lange hinter ihm herzuschwimmen&#8230;.die kleinen Freuden des Alltags \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Am Samstag bin ich mit Thorsten und Benny einen lustigen Nachtlauf zu Michis Geburtstag nach Neumarkt gelaufen. Teils im Stockdustern, mitten durch den Schnee oder auch direkt auf der B8 hat es am Schluss eher nach einem Adventure Run ausgesehen. Leider hatte ich 90% der Strecke Magenprobleme und f\u00fcr mich war es dann eher ein Kampf als Spa\u00df. Draus gelernt, man sollte nie direkt nach dem Schwimmen einen langen Lauf absolvieren. Das Wasser was man im Training geschluckt hat, blubbert dann die ganze Zeit im Magen auf und ab.<\/p>\n<p>Durch den erneuten Wintereinbruch war an der Radfront nicht viel los.
