Ich schwamm heute im Becken und habe das Programm nach exakt 2,8km beendet. So viel brauchte ich n\u00e4mlich nur noch um die 20km Marke zu erreichen. Bin keinen einzigen Meter weiter geschwommen. Erstens sind meine Arme wie Puddding und Zweitens muss ich mir ja auch noch was die kommenden Monate aufheben \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Bis Mitte der Woche optimales Radwetter, was ich nochmal nutzen konnte. Ab Donnerstag dann Einheiten im Schneeschippen und das Training wurde etwas schwierig.
