Diese Woche nochmal bissl trainieren und dann n\u00e4chste Woche relaxen und Luft an die Form kommen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Radtraining klappt soweit, auch bei kalten Temperaturen. Ich gehe meist wie folgt vor, wenn die Stra\u00dfen frei sind, dann wenn m\u00f6glich Rennrad. Sollten die Stra\u00dfen allerdings nicht frei sein oder die Temperaturen weit unten oder kr\u00e4ftiger Wind, dann auf den Crosser und in den Wald. Dadurch dass man im Wald windgesch\u00fctzt ist, ist es dort auch etwas w\u00e4rmer. Es sei denn wiederum die Sonne scheint, dann ist man auf der Ebene\/Stra\u00dfe wo sie hinstrahlt deutlich besser bedient als im Wald. Weil sie da meist nie richtig durchkommt.<\/p>\n<p>In der K\u00e4lte w\u00fcrde ich au\u00dferdem keine gro\u00dfen Berge fahren, da man durch die Abfahrten relativ schnell ausk\u00fchlt und der st\u00e4ndige Wechsel Schwitzen am Berg\/ausk\u00fchlen auf der Abfahrt suboptimal ist. Gut ist ein moderates Tempo die ganze Zeit durch. Dann bleibt man warm. Wenn euch doch mal kalt ist, dann eine kleine Sprintserie einbauen. F\u00f6rdert au\u00dferdem die Schnelligkeit\/Schnellkraft.<\/p>\n<p>10min lang alle 1min einen 10Sek Steigerungssprint auf den Asphalt donnern. Die 50Sek dazwischen jeweils locker und erholen. Sp\u00e4testens nach dem dritten Sprint seid ihr wieder warm, auch an H\u00e4nden und F\u00fc\u00dfen \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>sonnige Gr\u00fc\u00dfe<br \/>\nkrelli<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230; l\u00e4uft gut.
