Mittwoch eine l\u00e4ngere Radtour, die am Schluss auch immer l\u00e4nger wurde, da ich irgendwann bemerkt habe, dass ich einen Schleicher habe. Zum Wechseln hatte ich bei der K\u00e4lte \u00fcberhaupt keine Lust und pumpte lieber alle 15min wieder auf. Ziemlich nervig.<\/p>\n<p>Donnerstag Kenian Day. Ok, eigentlich steht Kenian Day f\u00fcr drei L\u00e4ufe an einem Tag, und bei mir waren es nur zwei. Aber ich nenne ihn trotzdem mal so \ud83d\ude09 Freitag eher locker, da ich etwas platt war.
