Das st\u00e4ndige Lauftraining schr\u00e4nkt den Bewegungsradius des Fu\u00dfgelenks ein. Dadurch wird es beim Schwimmen nicht gestreckt, sondern steht an, was wiederum den kompletten Beinschlag ineffizient und langsam macht. Einige schwimmen dadurch auf der Stelle oder sogar r\u00fcckw\u00e4rts, wenn sie versuchen w\u00fcrden sich nur \u00fcber den Beinschlag fortzubewegen \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\nHabt ihr bestimmt schon mal beobachtet.<\/p>\n<p>Besonders schlimm ist es, wenn ihr vorm Schwimmen irgendwann laufen wart.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ihr nun <b>unmittelbar<\/b> vorm Schwimmen die Fu\u00dfgelenke ausgiebig dehnt, dann verbessert sich der Beinschlag entscheidend, ihr k\u00f6nnt eure Fu\u00dfgelenke viel einfacher strecken und schwimmt schneller. Seitdem sitze ich vor jedem Schwimmen kurz auf der Bank und dehne mich. Am einfachsten ist es, wenn ihr euch einfach 2-3min auf eure Unterschenkel setzt.
