Ich habe abends aufs Fernseh schauen verzichtet, was ich eh fast immer tue, und bin dann lieber zum Schwimmen. Inzwischen merke ich selber auch wie es voran geht im Wasser. Hab ich erw\u00e4hnt dass ich noch niemals 17km in der Woche geschwommen bin \ud83d\ude09\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 PARTYPEOPLE!!!<\/p>\n<p>Jetzt hoffe ich mal dass das Wetter mild bleibt, dann kann ich auch mal wieder aufs Radl. Auf dem Ergometer trainiere ich meist Kraftausdauer, wof\u00fcr sie sich prima eignet. Allerdings wird es mir nach 30min schon langweilig und ich sehne mich nach Frischluft. Wer \u00f6fters mal reinschaut wird sehen dass ich die Kraftausdauerintervalle jede Woche etwas steigere. Ziel ist es im Fr\u00fchjahr eine Stunde am St\u00fcck 400W zu treten. Aber das muss nat\u00fcrlich langsam gesteigert werden, sonst kippe ich irgendwann entkr\u00e4ftet vom Sattel auf die Fliesen. Mehr \u00fcber diese Einheit und ihr Zweck findet ihr \u00fcbrigens im Buch. Dort steht alles genau beschrieben.<\/p>\n<p>Morgen w\u00fcnsche ich euch allen ein sch\u00f6nes Weihnachtsfest!
