Neuer Rekord, 16,1 km geschwommen die Woche \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nF\u00fcr einige vielleicht ein normales Pensum, f\u00fcr mich allerdings 2-3 Mal so viel wie ich sonst die Jahre zuvor geschwommen bin.<\/p>\n<table style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" align=\"center\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Training2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/Training2-300x155.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"206\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">Anklicken zum Vergr\u00f6\u00dfern<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Mir ist klar dass ich etwas \u00e4ndern muss um kommenden Sommer so nah wie m\u00f6glich an die 50min zu kommen. Daher stelle ich derzeit einige meiner alten Trainingsroutinen um und teste inwieweit es sich auf die Leistung auswirkt. Bisher bin ich ganz zufrieden.<br \/>\nZus\u00e4tzlich habe ich festgestellt dass sich Skating positiv auf die Schwimmleistung auswirkt, da durch den permanenten Stockeinsatz der Trizeps, einer der wichtigsten Schwimmmuskeln, ordentlich strapaziert wird.<\/p>\n<p>In den anderen beiden Disziplinen l\u00e4uft es auch. Auf dem Rad war aufgrund des Wetters nicht viel los in letzter Zeit. Beim Laufen geht es zwar etwas langsamer voran, aber trotzdem stetig. Hier ist das Ziel innerhalb der n\u00e4chsten drei Monate eine Stunde auf der aeroben Schwelle im 4:00er Schnitt zu laufen.
