Knapp unterhalb LD-Intensit\u00e4t gelaufen. Alles gut &#8211; 4:20er Schnitt zeigt mir dass mein Laufen zur\u00fcckkommt. Insgesamt bin ich recht \u00fcberrascht wie flott alles wieder da ist. Habe ich mir l\u00e4nger vorgestellt. Anscheinend erinnert sich der K\u00f6rper doch recht schnell wieder an alte Trainingsregimen. Besonders krass war es beim Stoffwechsel. Als der vor drei Wochen angesprungen ist war ich innerhalb von zwei Wochen von 89kg wieder auf 83kg unten, knapp am Wettkampfgewicht. Mehr nehm ich erstmal nicht ab, sonst wirds mir zu kalt im Winter.
