Die Bedingungen dort waren wirklich gut! Ein Lob an den fleissigen Herrn in seinem &#8222;Spurschlitten&#8220;, der die ganze Zeit unerm\u00fcdlich Pisten gezogen hat. Inzwischen gibt es sogar eine zweite Skating Loipe unten am Windrad. Ich war eine Stunde gut besch\u00e4ftigt mal alles abzufahren. Die Skating Kilometer reche ich dem Radfahren zu, da es fast exakt die gleichen Muskelgruppen trainiert. Klassische Skilanglauf Kilometer geh\u00f6ren demnach eher zum Laufen.<\/p>\n<p>Skating rangiert ganz oben auf meiner Alternativsportartliste. Zum einen macht es mir unheimlich Spa\u00df und ist mal komplett was anderes, und zum anderen reichen 1-2 Std. v\u00f6llig aus, da man sich die ganze Zeit in etwa an der aeroben Schwelle (ca. 80%) bewegt. DER wirkungsvollste Trainingsbereich schlechthin.<\/p>\n<p>Am Samstag Run&amp;Bike Ungerthal war nicht ohne, die Strecke war schon recht schlammig und ich \u00fcbernahm den Gro\u00dfteil des Laufens. Das Ergebnis war dass ich Sonntag abend beim Schwimmen nur noch rumgeeiert bin und platt war.
