Aufgrund der trockenen Wetterbedingungen die wir hier in N\u00fcrnberg meist haben, lief das Radfahren drau\u00dfen noch ganz passabel. Beim Laufen erh\u00f6he ich zuerst die Anzahl der Einheiten, bevor ich deren L\u00e4nge steigere. Freitags &#8222;lockerer Lauf&#8220; mit Andi Dreitz und am Samstag der erste lange Lauf seit einem Jahr. Anschlie\u00dfend war ich platt wie eine Flunder.<\/p>\n<p>Das habe ich noch gestern bei der Ausfahrt mit Captain Chaos gemerkt. Kaum aus dem Ort raus, fing er schon an: &#8222;du f\u00e4hrst heut wie a alder Mo&#8220;. Wenn man, wie er, 20.000 &#8211; 30.000 Kilometer im Jahr radelt, dann muss einem das auch so vorkommen. Abends wollte ich dann eigentlich noch schwimmen, war aber zu k.o.<\/p>\n<p>Was ich am Ende der Woche festgestellt habe ist, dass mein Stoffwechsel wieder ankurbelt. Ein gutes Zeichen, bereitet sich der K\u00f6rper dementsprechend wieder auf das verst\u00e4rkte Training vor. Au\u00dferdem wird es so deutlich leichter mein altes Kampfgewicht von 81kg zu erreichen. Die traurige Wahrheit ist, dass ich unter 15 Std. Training\/Woche anscheinend kein Gramm abnehme.
