Einstiegswoche um und es tut gut wieder im t\u00e4glichen Training zu sein. Eigentlich h\u00e4tte ich diese Woche schon mehr trainiert, h\u00e4tte ich nicht am Freitag etwas gekr\u00e4nkelt. Das habe ich dann bis Sonntag auskuriert.
