Wie in der Vergangenheit auch, gebe ich jede Woche einen kurzen Einblick in mein pers\u00f6nliches Training. Anfangs backe ich erstmal kleine Br\u00f6tchen. Nach meiner langen Pause steht f\u00fcr mich im Vordergrund wieder ins regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Training reinzukommen. Zus\u00e4tzlich vermehrt Athletik- und Krafttraining um meinen Muskel- und Bewegungsapparat auf die kommenden Trainingsmonate vorzubereiten.<\/p>\n<p>Anfangs f\u00e4llt es mir schwer mich zur\u00fcckzuhalten, zu schnell verfalle ich in die gewohnten Trainingsgeschwindigkeiten, speziell beim Laufen, so dass mein Puls die ersten Wochen noch relativ hoch ist. Beim Radfahren lege ich anfangs viel Wert auf Technik und hohe Trittfrequenzen. Wobei ich auch hier schon jetzt beginne ab und zu leichte Kraftausdauerintervalle einzubauen.
