Kann ich aus eigener Erfahrung vollkommen nachvollziehen. Damit ihr im Fr\u00fchjahr euch nicht wieder 5-10 Kilo herunter hungern m\u00fcsst, hier eine kleine Hilfestellung f\u00fcr den Alltag. Besonders beim Einkaufen kann man noch aktiv beeinflussen was in den Korb kommt. Wenn es einmal zuhause liegt, ist es zu sp\u00e4t!<\/p>\n<p>Au\u00dfer Frauen, die bekommen das tats\u00e4chlich hin jeden Tag nur ein St\u00fcck Schokolade von der Tafel abzubrechen. Ein Wunder an Disziplin, die ich und die meisten M\u00e4nner nie bekommen werde.<\/p>\n<p>Von folgenden Nahrungsmitteln solltet ihr die Finger lassen, bzw. sie nur in Ma\u00dfen vertilgen:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Sie kommen in viel Verpackung daher.<br \/>\n&#8211; Sie sind mehrfach verarbeitet und haben mit ihren urspr\u00fcnglichen Zutaten nichts mehr gemein \u2013 oder noch schlimmer, es ist gar nicht erkenntlich, aus welchen urspr\u00fcnglichen Zutaten sie hergestellt wurden.<br \/>\n&#8211; Sie haben eine lange Zutatenliste.<br \/>\n&#8211; Sie werden im Fernsehen oder Radio beworben.<br \/>\n&#8211; Sie sind bunt und teils in Flaschen abgef\u00fcllt.<br \/>\n&#8211; Sie sind auf die Kalorien heruntergebrochen sehr teuer.<br \/>\n&#8211; Deine Ur-Gro\u00dfeltern haben sie nicht gegessen und getrunken, weil es sie damals noch nicht gab.<\/p>\n<p>haut rein!<br \/>\nkrelli<\/p>\n<p>P.S. \u00fcbrigens, Bananen sind nat\u00fcrlich nicht ungesund.
