Daf\u00fcr braucht ihr keine teuren Trinkmischungen, sondern lediglich einen Standmixer. Mein Modell von Phillips kostete 39 \u20ac und hat sich inzwischen hundertfach bezahlt gemacht.<\/p>\n<p>Zutaten: Gefrorene Fr\u00fcchte (davon hab ich meist alle Sorten da), Milch, Saft, gutes Eiweisspulver und Lein\u00f6l (Letzteres ist aber eher eine Eigenart von mir und muss nicht sein)<\/p>\n<p>Zubereitung: Ordentlich Fr\u00fcchte rein, dann mit Saft und Milch auff\u00fcllen so dass die Fr\u00fcchte gerade damit bedeckt sind, also nicht zu viel, sonst wirds zu fl\u00fcssig. MIXEN &#8230;et voila, schon fertig!<\/p>\n<p>Der Drink ist durch die Fr\u00fcchte und damit einhergehenden antioxidativen Pflanzenstoffen nicht nur gesund, sondern f\u00e4ngt auch freie Radikale ab, die gern nach harten Trainings im K\u00f6rper entstehen. Zus\u00e4tzlich verk\u00fcrzt er die Regenerationszeit, u.a. durch das Eweiss, und schmeckt auch noch. Einen Shake trinke ich meistens nach mittleren bis l\u00e4ngeren oder richtig harten Trainingseinheiten.<\/p>\n<p>Einer fertigen Trinkmischung die man im Handel kaufen kann ist dieser Drink deutlich \u00fcberlegen und vor allem auch g\u00fcnstiger. Gleichzeitig ist es im \u00fcbrigen auch ein idealer Shake wenn ihr Gewichtsmanagement betreibt oder wieder ein paar Kilo abnehmen wollt.
