Warum?<\/p>\n<p>1. Ihr trinkt und esst besser, bevor ihr die H\u00e4lfte versch\u00fcttet oder euch verschluckt. Gut ausgef\u00fchrte Ern\u00e4hrung ist das Wichtigste. Regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zwei Becher trinken, nicht nur einen. Wenn ihr euch Profis an den Verpflegungsstationen anschaut, die sch\u00fctten das Zeug extrem schnell runter, so dass sie 2-3 Becher trinken k\u00f6nnen w\u00e4hrend der Station. F\u00fcr uns ist es aber einfacher wenn wir kurz das Tempo verlangsamen oder gehen, dann schafft ihr auch eure zwei Becher. Lieber pinkeln m\u00fcssen als Hungerast!!<\/p>\n<p>2. Mental &#8222;belohnt&#8220; ihr euch mit dieser Mini-Pause f\u00fcr den eben absolvierten Laufabschnitt und ihr rennt die ersten 500m danach viel entspannter (ist euch bestimmt schon mal in den kurzen Pausen beim langen Lauf aufgefallen, als ihr wieder losgelaufen seid)<\/p>\n<p>3. Ihr verliert so gut wie nix, maximal 5Sek pro Station, da es auch oft schon ausreicht locker zu traben<\/p>\n<p>4. wenn ihr es von Anfang an macht, dann wird es auch nicht schwer fallen immer wieder loszulaufen.<\/p>\n<p>Viel Erfolg un Rock`n Roll am Sonntag!!<br \/>\nkrelli<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &#8230;letzter kleiner Tipp. Ich mache es zumindestens immer so.
