Es waren je kurze 20min Einheiten mit Fokus auf Ganzk\u00f6rper\u00fcbungen. Dabei werden die Hauptmuskeln mittels elektrischen Impulsen aktiviert, und zwar in 5Sek Intervallen. Dazwischen jeweils 10Sek ohne Impuls. Die St\u00e4rke der Impulse wird je nach Leistungsstand des Athleten gesteuert und reicht von minimal bis Schockstarre \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Einfach besprochen wird quasi ein Athletiktraining absolviert, welches durch die h\u00e4ufig wiederkehrenden elektrischen Impulse erschwert wird, bzw. eine deutlich gesteigerte Muskelarbeit vonn\u00f6ten macht. Und in der Tat hat man einen leichten bis mittleren Muskelkater die n\u00e4chsten beiden Tage.<\/p>\n<p>Ein gro\u00dfer Vorteil des Trainings ist deren Wirksamkeit bei minimaler Dauer. Die Muskeln gew\u00f6hnen sich zwar an die Impulse, d.h. der Muskelkater f\u00e4llt \u00fcber die Dauer weniger stark aus. Allerdings kann hierbei auch begleitend die St\u00e4rke des Impulses erh\u00f6ht werden, um dies auszugleichen. Demnach arbeitet man auch hier, wie beim klassischen Krafttraining, mit ansteigenden Schwierigkeitsgrad.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist festzustellen, dass das EMS Training kein Krafttraining ersetzt, sondern eher mit fortgeschrittenen Athletiktraining gleichzusetzen ist, was f\u00fcr Triathleten auch ausreichend erscheint. Nachteil sind recht hohe Kosten von 10-15\u20ac pro session. Allerdings sind die Einheiten von einem Trainer geleitet und man ist ruckzuck durch fertig mit dem Tra<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-4466\" src=\"http:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG-20170817-WA0003-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG-20170817-WA0003-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG-20170817-WA0003-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.michael-krell.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/IMG-20170817-WA0003.jpg 774w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/>ining. 2x\/Woche in der Winterzeit und 1x\/Woche \u00fcber Fr\u00fchjahr Sommer reicht aus um die Muskulatur zu st\u00e4rken. Der Zweck des Athletiktrainings im Triathlon liegt meiner Meinung nach vorrangig in der Verletzungsprophylaxe. Je st\u00e4rker das Muskelkorsett, desto weniger treten h\u00e4ufig treten \u00dcberlastungen und Verletzungen auf.<\/p>\n<p>Ob es was f\u00fcr euch ist, einfach mal testen.
