\"\"<\/a>Am Sonntag war ich spontan beim Regensburger Triathlon und habe meinen Athleten angefeuert. Sonja, Micha, Gaby, Eva, Rebecca, Alex und Fabi haben trotz Hitze ihr bestes gegeben und es hat mal wieder gro\u00dfen Spa\u00df gemacht beim Rennen am Rand zu stehen. Motiviert auch wieder unheimlich mal selber wieder mehr zu trainieren \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Ebenso spontan habe ich die M\u00e4delsstaffel meiner Freundin Julia unterst\u00fctzt, und das lief mal richtig, w\u00fcrde ich sagen. Es gab keine einzelne Damenwertung, also beschlossen die M\u00e4dels kurzerhand es den Herren mal zu zeigen und erk\u00e4mpften sich mit starken Einzelleistungen den 2. Gesamtplatz. Das gewonnene Ketten\u00f6l konnte dann immerhin mit den drittplatzierten gegen Bierf\u00e4sser getauscht werden. Damit ist die n\u00e4chste Gartenparty gesichert \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
