Was mir vorher gar nicht bewusst war, wie gro\u00df das Unternehmen eigentlich ist. Einer der gr\u00f6\u00dften Sanit\u00e4rkonzerne mit weltweiten Dependanzen und 12.000 Besch\u00e4ftigten. Es begann mit einer kleinen F\u00fchrung und weiter ging es mit einem spannenden Vortrag zum Thema: &#8222;Parallelen zwischen Hochleistungssport &amp; Mitarbeiterf\u00fchrung&#8220;. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen erfreulicherweise auch ohne Anzug, aber mit Shorts und Hemd.<\/p>\n<p>Anschie\u00dfend ging es zum &#8222;Rad am Ring&#8220; bei dem eigens ein riesiges Geberit Zelt f\u00fcr die Teilnehmer aufgestellt wurde. Das lies keine W\u00fcnsche offen. Anschlie\u00dfend st\u00fcrzten sie sich, allesamt Unternehmensf\u00fchrer, in das 24-Stunden Abenteuer. Neben Teams auch einige Einzelstarter welche die kompletten 24 Stunden ihre Runden drehten. Wer schon mal auf der Rennstrecke bzw. der Nordschleife war, der kennt die tolle Athmosph\u00e4re dort, und wei\u00df auch das die Runde nicht ohne ist.
