Einige haben so etwas in der Art vielleicht schon mal gesehen. Der Vorteil eines solches Kraft- und Beweglichkeitstrainings ist, dass bei jeder \u00dcbung die gesamte Rumpfmuskulatur stabilisierend arbeiten muss. Im Unterschied zu Kraftmaschinen im Fitnessstudio, welche die gesamte Bewegung &#8222;f\u00fchren&#8220;, h\u00e4ngt man beim sling Trainer im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes &#8222;frei&#8220;. Das macht es auf der einen Seite nat\u00fcrlich schwieriger, aber gleichzeitig auch deutlich effektiver. Au\u00dferdem ist er so klein, dass man problemlos in jeder Ecke ein Krafttraining unterbringen kann. \u00dcbungen dazu gibt es auch youtube zuhauf. Hier nochmal <a href=\"http:\/\/www.trainingsworld.com\/training\/allgemein\/sling-training-aerosling-1561593.html\">ein Artikel<\/a> \u00fcber diese Art des Fitnesstrainings.<\/p>\n<p>Den Trainer von Kettler gibt es demn\u00e4chst im Handel, haltet einfach mal die Augen danach offen. Ich kann ihn euch uneingeschr\u00e4nkt empfehlen.
