Ein wirklich interessantes Buch \u00fcber Ern\u00e4hrung im Leistungssport und Gesundheitsvorsorge ist das Paleo Prinzip von Joe Friel. Einige kennen bereits etwas \u00fcber die Paleo Di\u00e4t, welche allerdings in seiner Reinform nicht f\u00fcr Athleten geeignet ist, es sei denn ihr seit zufrieden damit nur 75% eurer Leistung im Training und Wettkampf abrufen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Vom eben genannten Autor gibt es eine auf Athleten angepasste Version dieses Ern\u00e4hrungsprinzips. Dieses ist um L\u00e4ngen besser und auch f\u00fcr Vieltrainierer geeignet. Lese es gerade und bin begeistert.
