Unsere Seite\u00a0Schwimmanalyse.com\u00a0haben wir ins Leben gerufen um auch den zahlreichen allein trainierenden Schwimmern eine M\u00f6glichkeit zu bieten ihre Technik fachkundig \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen zu lassen. Nur wenige Athleten trainieren in Gruppen unter den Augen eines erfahrenen Trainers.<\/p>\n

Die meisten Schwimmer trainieren individuell und allein, weil man zeitlich flexibler ist was Trainingszeiten angeht oder vielleicht auch keine Lust auf Schwimmen in der Gruppe hat.<\/p>\n

Da aber das eigene Gef\u00fchl im Wasser oftmals ein anderes Bild vermittelt, ist es wichtig seine Technik regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Nur so lassen sich Fehler identifizieren und diese mittels entsprechender Korrektur auch abstellen. Dabei sollte das Ziel nicht nur auf der Verbesserung der Technik, sondern vor allem auf der Steigerung der Schwimmgeschwindigkeit liegen.<\/p>\n

Eine Schwimmanalyse umfasst folgende Elemente:<\/p>\n

1. Sichtung deines Videos & eine ausf\u00fchrliche Fehleranalyse<\/p>\n

2. Auf dich individuell angepasste \u00dcbungen zum Abschalten der Fehler & Technikverbesserung<\/p>\n

3. Identifizieren der weiteren Leistungsreserven: Beweglichkeit, Koordination, etc.<\/p>\n

4. Gegen\u00fcberstellung und Aufzeigen des idealen Soll-Zustands<\/p>\n

Was f\u00fcr eine Art von Video und welche Blickwinkel wir f\u00fcr die Analyse ben\u00f6tigen, dass seht ihr auf der Seite. Prinzipiell k\u00f6nnen wir auch aus recht kurzen Sequenzen viel herausholen, je besser allerdings das Ausgangsvideo desto ausgiebiger k\u00f6nnen wir analysieren.<\/p>\n
