Nun fange ich auch wieder an regelm\u00e4\u00dfig mein Training hier reinzustellen. Ansonsten trainiere ich nix, wie die j\u00fcngste Vergangenheit gezeigt hat. Mir hilft es ungemein wenn ich am Ende der Woche eine Zusammenfassung schreiben muss. Und da muss nat\u00fcrlich auch was drin stehen \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Derzeit suche ich noch meine \u00e4lteren Vorlagen, daher hier in Reinform:<br \/>\nSonntag bis Freitag &#8211; Skilanglauf in Leutasch (Tirol)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Montag:<\/strong><br \/>\n35km Skilanglauf &#8211; Skating und Klassisch ca. 3 Std.<br \/>\n+ 15min Rumpfstabi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dienstag:<\/strong><br \/>\n30km Skating (etliche HM und keine Grundlage \ud83d\ude42 ca. 3 Std.<br \/>\n+ 10min Rumpfstabi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mittwoch:<\/strong><br \/>\n50km Skating ca. 3,5 Std.<br \/>\n+ 10min Rumpfstabi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Donnerstag:<\/strong><br \/>\n25km Skating ca. 2 Std.<br \/>\n+ 10min Rumpfstabi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Freitag:<\/strong> (irre Schneefall)<br \/>\n10km Klassisch ca. 1 Std.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Samstag:<\/strong><br \/>\nRuhetag<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sonntag:<\/strong><br \/>\nLaufen: H\u00fcgell\u00e4ufe quer durch den Wald, 1:02, 12km und 139HF<br \/>\nSchwimmen: Vereinstraining 3,3km, 1:15 Std.<br \/>\nKrafttraining: 45min Komplettprogramm inkl.
