Wir waren f\u00fcnf Tage unterwegs, mit ca. 20-50km am Tag, je nach Wetter und Lust und Laune. Die letzten Tage hat es heftig geschneit, was das Langlaufen etwas erschwerte, und wir waren froh noch ins Tal zu kommen. Denn Lust darauf Schneeketten aufs Auto zu klemmen, die hatte keiner von uns \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>Eben war ich eine Stunde durch den Wald rennen und es f\u00fchlte sich fast so an an wie Fr\u00fchling. Das Tempo war eher gem\u00e4\u00dfigt, ca. 5:10\/km, daf\u00fcr aber gespickt mit etlichen H\u00f6henmetern. Nun gleich noch zum Schwimmtraining und anschlie\u00dfend noch kurz ins Fitness.
