Geht Skilanglaufen wenn ihr die Bedingungen bei euch vorfindet! Es macht wirklich Laune, ist mal was anderes und gleichzeitig sehr gutes Training. Eine Stunde t\u00e4glich reicht vollkommen aus, der Puls kann dabei ruhig knapp unterhalb der aeroben Schwelle liegen.
