Am Sonntag abend hatten wir\u00a0allerdings einen tollen Vortrag bei uns zuhause. Wie letztens schon mal vorgestellt,\u00a0referierte hier Prof. Werner\u00a0Seebauer \u00fcber das Thema: Ern\u00e4hrung im Hochleistungssport. Au\u00dferordentlich interessant! Bald gibt es eine kurze Zusammenfassung\u00a0an dieser Stelle.<\/p>\n<p>Meinen Athleten w\u00fcrde ich so etwas nie aufschreiben, aber selber probiere ich gern schonmal neue Sachen.\u00a0Gestern testete ich mich einmal an die muskul\u00e4re Belastung des abschlie\u00dfenden Marathons heran. Nach dem Doppelstart am Samstag\/Sonntag lief ich Montag abend meinen langen 30km Lauf. Nach ungef\u00e4hr 20km f\u00fchlte ich mich schon wie kurz vorm Zieleinlauf in Roth, d.h. die Oberschenkel und Waden waren richtig dicht und ich lief wie auf H\u00f6lzern. Interessant ist, dass es nicht die aerobe Belastung ist, die uns auf der Langdistanz so zu schaffen macht, im Gegenteil, ich f\u00fchlte mich wie beim joggen im Park,\u00a0sondern die muskul\u00e4re Belastung. Speziell beim abschlie\u00dfenden Lauf!<\/p>\n<p>Das sollte man in seiner Trainingsstrategie auf keinen Fall vergessen. Ich empfehle allerdings keine langen L\u00e4ufe direkt\u00a0nach Wettk\u00e4mpfen, wie gestern. Eine solche Belastung k\u00f6nnt ihr auch simulieren, indem ihr in euren langen\u00a0Lauf\u00a0l\u00e4ngere Anstiege einbaut, nach sp\u00e4testens 1:30 Std. seid ihr muskul\u00e4r soweit, als wenn ihr 30km flach gelaufen w\u00e4rt.<\/p>\n<p>haut rein!<br \/>\nkrelli<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Anklicken zum Vergr\u00f6\u00dfern Bis auf die zwei Wettk\u00e4mpfe am Wochenende, keine besonderen Vorkommnisse.
